Raynolds to Baxter, at Kidderminster, Wolverhampton. ‘Honorable Sir, Though your late determinatn of the use of a liturgy hath afforded me much satisfaction, yet not so much (I must confesse) as to draw me ambobus ire pedibus in sententiam. & that I am dissatisfied with yours, I’m sure is my sorrow, & I suspect it to be my error.’ f 373r: ‘WolverHampton July 20th. your professedly cordiall friend & servant J.
